I am most happy that you are brought to this site.

If you are a Christian, please join us in our worldwide community by giving thanks to the Father at 12:00 noon each day.

If you are not a Christian, I wish to assure you that we are not religious zealots who feel that we are up there, more holy than others, more loved by God than others. Rather, we are a people who believe that we need the saving power of Jesus Christ in our lives.

There are many people who can express this idea far better than me. One of them founded the Alpha Course. Do take some time to check out uk.alpha.org. And if you want to take it a step further, please join an Alpha Course at your nearest church.

The course allows you to explore the Christian Faith in a relaxed setting. I had been to an Alpha course twice and so far, no one has grabbed me by the shoulders and told me that I must convert today, right now!

Instead videos were played, there were small group discussions where we could voice our questions. There would always be the fundamental questions. Questions like: "Why do you say Jesus Christ is God?" "Could you be mistaken?" "Is there a conspiracy?" "Can it be proven beyond a reasonable doubt?" They were answered sensitively. And the decision left to us. We are, after all, adults.

Go through the sessions and I am very confident that you would have a good basic knowledge of what Christianity is all about. The Alpha Course is perhaps one of the better investments on our time.

.....

But what if you want to know more and do not know where to start?

Just pray, "Lord Jesus, I want to know more about you. I want to know God who created me. Please grant to me a special protection and guidance during this time of seeking you. Please lead me to someone who can guide me. Amen."

If you want to have a warm, loving and intimate relationship with the Father, just pray, "Lord Jesus, please come into my life and be my Friend. Be my Saviour, forgive me of my sins that alienated me from you. From this day on, I choose to walk with my hands safely clasped by yours. My life embraced by you. Amen."

Please knock at the door of your nearest orthodox and reputable church. They will be able to tell you more. If you are not comfortable with that church, please do not let that stop you from knowing God. Just go to another church.

Be involved with that church. Get to know the people and pastor(s). Be part of that community. As you grow in God's love, join us in giving thanks to Him at 12:00 each day.

......

I am glad you are here.

And I hope you will be blessed.

Isaac Heng
